Shipping policy

We ship domestic only at this time.

All Hope City orders are shipped via USPS.

How long will it take for my order to ship? Orders are processed and shipped within 5-8 business days of order being placed.

Will you replace my package if it's lost? Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this is a concern please contact us directly and we can get you set up with shipping insurance and/or signature confirmation at an additional cost!

Why didn't I get a shipping confirmation? If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact store@hopecity.com.
